By the time they jump on a call with you and begin assessing your must haves in your apartment search, whether that be time frame, lifestyle or must haves, they will tailor some suggestions on the spot and customize your search.
From there, they seamlessly can narrow down communities with options and availability that fit what you are looking for- helping you save time and navigate with you across the area at all our Monarch communities with ease. Once you find options you want to explore, and homes available during your time frame, they will set appointments on your behalf as desired at the communities of your choice.
Once you arrive, all the heavy lifting is done- simply tour the communities and apply to your new home. Not sure after you look? Think of your central leasing team member as your realtor- tell them what you thought, let them follow up with you on more options as they come available, and together you can take the constant searching online off your plate.
